About the Role

Artco is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in manufacturing high-end custom furniture for the hospitality industry. This role involves assisting in the upholstery process and contributing to a positive, safe, and nurturing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying foam, dacron, and low melt on upholstered furniture pieces.
• Assist with applying fabric/leather on various components like headboards, bed rails, wall panels, and cushions.
• Prepare patterns and apply detailed upholstery knowledge for custom units.
• Maintain an organized and tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production requirements safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Understanding of fabric/leathers in the upholstery process.
• Knowledge of various upholstery techniques, including panel wrapping and upholstering chairs/couches.
• A keen attention to detail.
• A self-motivated desire to produce valuable work.
