  • Ensure flexibility in production models to adapt to evolving tariff, duty, and trade environments, maintaining competitiveness and resilience.
  • Partner closely with overseas hubs and vendor teams to ensure understanding of departmental objectives needed through vendor capabilities to drive initiatives that expand competencies as needed.
  • Champion continuous improvement across processes, systems, and vendor capabilities to enhance efficiency and reliability.

  • Ensure strong quality assurance oversight in partnership with global QA teams from concept to final bulk execution.
  • Maintain costing accuracy and governance; collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, and overseas teams to ensure accurate margin forecasts and raw material commitments.
  • Monitor shipment performance and proactively mitigate risks to meet delivery adherence KPIs.
  • Govern operational reporting and analytics, ensuring KPIs—delivery, quality, costing accuracy, vendor performance—are visible and actionable.
  • Oversee trade, customs, and import compliance to protect cost, speed, and risk exposure.
  • Act as the production partner to Merchandising, Design, Sales, Planning, and Operations, ensuring alignment on seasonal strategies, margin targets, and delivery requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong global vendor and factory relationships, ensuring partners meet KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and compliance.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and communication with internal teams and external partners for timely issue resolution and consistent execution.
  • Represent production in cross-functional forums, influencing decisions on assortment planning, costing, sourcing footprint, and vendor capability development.
  • Lead and develop a global production team across North America and overseas offices, ensuring strong leadership capability and consistent execution.
  • Build, mentor, and empower product teams to support evolving business needs and seasonal demand cycles.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations, aligning teams to measurable KPIs such as IMU, cost accuracy, delivery adherence, and vendor performance.
  • Build succession plans and strengthen talent pipelines to ensure organizational continuity and readiness for evolving business needs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to advance production strategy and transformation initiatives.
