About the Role
We are seeking a product leader to scale our flagship product, Bookable, to national reach within the NHS. You will lead a product team, shape product strategy, and oversee the planning, building, testing, and delivery of product features to achieve our vision.
Responsibilities
- Build a successful marketplace experience focused on improving unit economics, patient registration volume, appointment utilization, and satisfaction.
- Enhance patient experience by reducing friction, minimizing no-shows, and guiding patients to the appropriate GP surgery.
- Support Go-To-Market strategies and collaborate with other product teams, including AI Care Navigation.
- Translate vision into tangible results and delivery in collaboration with co-founders.
- Grow the marketplace by optimizing the conversion funnel and developing acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
- Build retention mechanisms to extend customer lifetime value on both supply and demand sides.
- Collaborate with customer practices to build Bookable, gather feedback, and foster strong relationships.
- Understand complex market dynamics and shape product design for market acceptance.
- Establish Bookable’s clinical and operational impact with high-quality evidence from pilot sites.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience taking products from idea to delivery in a high-quality product organization.
- 2+ years of marketplace or growth PM experience, particularly in healthcare, is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in improving marketplace metrics.
- Proven track record of iterating systems for company alignment on product development and user communication.
