About the Role
Our Engineers are forward deployed, working closely with clients on key accounts. You will own the relationship and technical delivery, running rollouts and building tailored tools for clients, from technical scoping through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own key accounts through the pipeline, from technical scoping to implementation, ensuring a smooth client process.
- Spend time with inspectors in factories and chemical plants to understand their work and tailor solutions.
- Run the project plan for each rollout, managing timelines, blockers, and stakeholder needs.
- Configure and build technical components for rollouts, including workflows, integrations, and data structures.
- Build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deeply technical with strong communication skills.
- Enjoy managing big accounts and owning outcomes end to end.
- Strong project management instincts; able to manage key accounts and coordinate stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience with a proven ability to make critical technical decisions.
- US Citizenship will be a big plus.
