About the Role
Provide CN Tower guests with superior service through friendly interactions, service excellence, and efficient guest flow control. Act as an ambassador for the CN Tower and the City of Toronto, engaging, entertaining, and providing information to guests throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent product and service knowledge
- Demonstrate superior communication and listening skills
- Present a professional image to guests
- Execute role in specific areas of responsibility while demonstrating quality focus and delivery
- Interact with guests and ensure an entertaining guest experience
- Utilize the ViewFinder App on tablets with guests on upper levels
- Scan and verify different ticket types
- Operate and ensure safe travel in the elevators
- Ensure Guest Services areas are presentable, assisting in cleaning where necessary
- Be cross-trained
- Set up meeting rooms and other areas for functions and events
- Adhere to all Company policies and departmental procedures
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Customer service experience is required
- Hospitality and tourism experience is an asset
- A secondary school diploma is an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (including but not limited to cold and hot weather, rain and windy conditions)
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required
