About the Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will turn executed contracts into clear, coordinated action. You will review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, map requirements to business goals, and drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. You will become an essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers as they navigate amendments, notices, renewals, and other post-award matters. In this role, you will manage 300+ active contracts and orders, own the critical renewal opportunities, and keep action items, milestones, status, and next steps documented in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, and map requirements to business goals.
- Drive post-award administration issues through resolution in partnership with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers regarding amendments, notices, and renewals.
- Manage 300+ active contracts and orders.
- Own critical renewal opportunities.
- Document action items, milestones, status, and next steps in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with contracts and the contracting process for US Federal, state, and local government.
- Skilled communicator capable of explaining contract options, terms, and guiding customers through the contracting process.
- Skilled at internal communications to help stakeholders understand options and trade-offs.
- Ability to mitigate risk while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
- Skilled negotiator capable of driving momentum and making clear trade-offs.
- Ability to guide customers to completion with resilience and steadfastness.
- Passionate about exploring possibilities and identifying opportunities.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability and comfort in administering legal agreements with customers.
- Ability to support new customers through onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with solution-based selling.
- Experience in teaming with others to navigate a complex sales process.
