About the Role
Provide high-quality support to clients and their network across a brand-supplied website platform. This varied role involves website support, CMS training, digital content management, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with client marketing teams, chairing weekly status meetings.
- Coordinate website activity and provide day-to-day support with client, Centre, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in communications.
- Organize and deliver virtual CMS training, including scheduling, communication, material coordination, delivery, and status reporting.
- Maintain and adapt the training calendar to meet client and network needs.
- Gather and report satisfaction feedback on training effectiveness.
- Develop website insight reports for clear communication of engagement and performance.
- Capture and report website queries and bug fixes, ensuring team visibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve website support and add client value.
- Support content uploading and management across Centre websites.
- Edit or recommend content changes to meet agreed standards.
- Manage website access requests.
- Collaborate with and support the wider team on campaigns and production.
- Support Centre HTML communications, including build, testing, and data management, as capacity allows.
Requirements
- Experience producing or managing web-based content using a CMS or similar digital platform.
- Understanding of digital projects, workflows, and publishing processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
- Clear and effective communication skills with confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Confidence delivering training, demonstrations, or guidance, or an interest in developing this skill.
- Experience producing digital reports or using data to communicate performance and insight.
- Understanding of advertising and marketing processes.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach to working.
- Experience within automotive, agency, or multi-site/retail environments is welcome but not essential.
