About the Role
Planet is seeking a working student for its Berlin office to support the Customer Success team. The role focuses on fulfilling contractual reporting requirements for key customers and providing contractual governance support. This part-time, hybrid position offers an opportunity to gain job skills and learn company policies while contributing to customer success.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill essential contractual reporting requirements for significant, high-value customers.
- Provide reliable contractual governance support to ensure alignment with complex customer agreements.
- Acquire job skills and learn company policies to complete routine tasks related to customer reporting and governance.
- Utilize a systematic approach to problem-solving by gathering relevant information and understanding basic problem-solving methodologies.
- Assist the Customer Success team in customer-related activities and support internal workflows by preparing and maintaining documentation.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree program.
- Foundational problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze simple problems, follow instructions, and seek guidance from more experienced colleagues.
- The ability to receive detailed instructions and work effectively under direct supervision.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience with Google Docs, MS Office products, or similar applications.
- A reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
