About the Role

The Residential DSP Floater position supports and cares for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, medication, and community engagement. The role emphasizes making a difference in a positive work environment focused on professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including getting ready for the day or going to bed.
  • Prepare meals and maintain cleanliness of living spaces.
  • Provide medication assistance.
  • Facilitate participation in social and recreational activities within the community.
  • Ensure driver insurability.
  • Maintain AMAP/insulin/G-tube certification, if applicable.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • No experience is necessary.
