About the Role
As a Digital Content Strategist, you will help translate EY’s strategic priorities and market opportunities into compelling digital content experiences that are relevant to target audiences, aligned to the EY brand, optimized for search and AI discoverability, and designed to drive measurable engagement and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Editing, optimizing, and helping activate and measure content and campaigns for our global website.
- Partnering with marketers around the world to understand their audiences and deliver content that meets digital strategy, editorial criteria, and business objectives.
- Contributing to planning and strategy across the digital channels ecosystem.
- Advising senior stakeholders on shaping ideas into compelling packages with a distinct point of view that resonate in the marketplace and drive users through the marketing funnel.
- Acting as a strategic advisor around digital content and channel optimization across your service line community.
- Advocating for digital best practices and effective use of design elements for engaging user experiences.
- Writing display copy that is engaging, brand-compliant, and search optimized.
- Driving measurement, reporting, and evaluation of campaigns for increased learning, internal reporting, and benchmarking against external world-class creative marketing ambition.
- Managing multiple tasks and projects within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience creating outstanding digital experiences that deepen relationships with existing audiences and attract new ones.
- Excellent US English written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how messages may be received globally.
- Strong understanding of digital publishing, content governance, and content lifecycle best practices, including search engine optimization and LLM discoverability.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization requiring complex senior stakeholder management.

- US Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $187,000
- New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $212,500
