About the Role

Manage a caseload of youth justice cases, working innovatively with young people from diverse backgrounds. Engage young people, their families, and professionals to assess, develop, and deliver interventions that support personal and social skills and societal participation. Creatively engage young people subject to youth justice orders and interventions, ensuring best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Promote participation in society.
  • Creatively engage young people subject to youth justice orders and interventions.
  • Apply best practices in equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Must apply for an Enhanced/Standard/Basic Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
  • Must undertake a Cifas check.
  • CV and supporting statement must clearly evidence how you meet the shortlisting criteria marked 'A' on the personal specification.

  • £47,925 pa rising in annual increments to £51,228 pa incl. LW
