About the Role

The HVAC and Refrigeration Technician Operator promotes outstanding relations with guests and team members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team-based environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail-oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work is completed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems with all HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as all preventative maintenance programs for all units.
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of existing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Responsible for installation of new HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Provides “on call” HVAC and Refrigeration support on rotating schedule.
• Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two (2) years trade school and Freon License.
• Two (2) years hands on experience.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to lift 85 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in extremes in weather.
• Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
• Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.
