About the Role

As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of think-cell by our clients. You will conduct training, workshops, and best practices for a defined customer base within a specific geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth within accounts and implement measures against potential churn risks, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead think-cell training sessions and workshops to increase software adoption and customer value.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams to drive product improvements and customer success.
• Maintain and update accurate customer data and opportunities in systems like Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally within the SaaS environment.
• Professional-level German and English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate feedback and translate it into actionable measures.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Berlin office 4 days a week, with 1 day remote.
