About the Role
Fine & Country is seeking an experienced sales progressor to manage a pipeline of agreed sales, guiding them from memorandum of sale to completion. This is a self-employed, per-case role with no prospecting or new business responsibilities, focusing solely on sales progression.
Responsibilities
- Manage a live pipeline of approximately 50 agreed sales, progressing them to completion.
- Conduct compliance and AML checks on agent uploads.
- Review Memorandum of Sale requests within two working hours.
- Contact both solicitors within two working days.
- Confirm contract pack and search funds within two to three days.
- Chase each sale at least twice per week, including direct contact with sellers and buyers.
- Provide weekly chain-wide status updates.
- Attend a weekly meeting with F&C partners.
Requirements
- Proven sales progression experience with demonstrable completion volumes and fall-through rates.
- Solid working knowledge of conveyancing, AML/ID checks, and proof of funds.
- Confidence in firm and professional chasing, with good judgment for escalation.
- Daily discipline in maintaining CRM and pipeline records.
- Self-employed status (or willingness to register), including a UTR and public liability cover.
- A suitable home working setup.
- Availability Monday to Friday during business hours.
