About the Role

Support your team with central customer operations topics, ensuring important initiatives are implemented concretely, quickly, and sustainably. Take ownership of workstreams from problem definition to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams from problem definition to implementation.
• Ensure data reliability in CRM HubSpot and other central databases.
• Support the go-to-market of new approaches and ensure smooth integration of new offerings into the customer journey and daily operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, and external partners.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and customer-relevant challenges early and address or escalate them.
• Prepare analyses, business cases, customer insights, and project overviews to enable informed decisions and clarify priorities.
• Focus on levers for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Requirements

• First experiences through working student positions or internships in a demanding, fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, consulting, IB, VC, or similar).
• Proactive and self-driven, able to gather necessary information independently.
• Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach.
• Tech-savvy with no hesitation using AI tools, vibe coding, and data.
• Motivated to understand and contribute to company operations.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
• Communicate at C-level in German and speak very good English.
