About the Role

As an operational project manager, you will coordinate the implementation of a new digital information and support platform for refugees and migrants interested in returning to their home countries. This role is crucial for ensuring a structured and successful project execution, providing a foundation for returnees' decisions and future planning.

Responsibilities

• Steer and coordinate the operational implementation of the overall project, monitoring goals, timelines, and quality.
• Coordinate the interdisciplinary project team (editorial, product owner, communication, graphic design) and ensure smooth collaboration at interfaces.
• Plan and manage work steps, milestones, and project activities, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and project partners, ensuring continuous information flow.
• Oversee project documentation and quality assurance, and support the ongoing development of project structures.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in operational project management and team coordination.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing complex interfaces.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Enjoy bringing together different perspectives and advancing projects successfully with others.
