About the Role
TT Electronics is seeking an HR Business Analyst (HRBA) to serve as the primary IT business partner for the Human Resources function. This role ensures HR technology, data, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives align with business priorities, IT standards, security requirements, and enterprise application strategy. The HRBA will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, support HR systems, and translate requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable technology solutions. The role also provides secondary support for Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) technology and process improvement activities.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR systems.
- A strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience of project delivery.
- Experience participating in HRIS implementations, upgrades or major transformation programmes.
- Experience working in complex environments.
- Experience with common HR systems or platforms.
- An understanding of continuous improvement techniques.
- Data analytical skills and reporting in dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce HRIS or similar.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management.
