About the Role
Cytiva is seeking a Production Operator II to operate various machines within the Intercompany value streams. This role is crucial in advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
- Ensure adherence to established production specifications, quality standards, and process controls.
- Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
- Maintain accurate and compliant production documentation.
- Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify and escalate process, equipment, or quality issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting activities.
- Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency, reduce scrap, and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing Experience.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions in English.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft OS.
- Ability to use basic measuring equipment (rulers, calipers, etc.).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
