About the Role

As Head of Marketing, you will own and scale demand growth in one of our most strategic markets, defining how we win in the UK and driving execution. You will operate as the marketing lead for the UK, identifying market needs, setting priorities, and driving execution across multiple levers to unlock growth, while guiding and developing a team of marketers. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a senior marketer who thrives in ambiguous environments and wants to directly shape business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key blockers to growth and define effective marketing interventions, using existing levers or introducing new approaches
  • Set clear priorities and focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
  • Drive marketing initiatives across influencer, paid, partnerships, and events, ensuring each lever contributes effectively to growth
  • Shape and guide the production of marketing content and campaigns in the UK, ensuring they are locally relevant, high-quality, and effective
  • Define when and how to leverage digital and in-person events as growth drivers, focusing on high-impact opportunities
  • Manage and further scale the influencer team to build and scale a strong creator ecosystem in the UK
  • Ensure creator and influencer efforts translate into measurable business impact across the marketing funnel
  • Work closely with category and creative teams to align on priorities and drive execution
  • Directly manage a team of UK-focused marketers and ensure high-quality execution across initiatives
  • Act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability
  • Contribute to improving awareness, brand perception and trust in the UK
  • Identify and test relevant top-of-funnel opportunities to strengthen market presence over time

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and business impact in the UK
  • Experience working across multiple marketing levers (e.g. paid, influencer, partnerships, content, events) and combining them effectively
  • Strong judgment and prioritisation skills: able to focus on the highest-impact opportunities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong instinct for what resonates in the UK market, with the ability to guide high-quality, locally relevant marketing across the funnel
  • Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end and being accountable for results
  • Experience managing or mentoring teams, with a focus on driving impact through others
  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a deep understanding of the UK market, including cultural dynamics and consumer behaviour
