About the Role
The Solutions Architect persuades prospects and clients that MRI solutions meet their business requirements. This role serves as a strategic resource for sales and customer success teams, supporting deal cycles to secure and grow ARR. The architect builds trust by mapping use cases to solutions and collaborates with internal teams to drive successful implementations and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical resource for the MRI sales team from qualification to successful close of the sale.
- Provide presales technical/functional support to assigned deals, prospective clients, and existing customers.
- Deliver customer-centric value-based presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Learn the MRI solution set, starting with Prolease and integrating solutions.
- Develop the capability to demonstrate the value of MRI solutions within 45 business days.
- Add value through optimization or improvement of team discussions or content.
- Develop, design, validate, and assist in positioning MRI software capabilities, including advanced product concepts and 3rd party interfaces.
- Liaise with internal and 3rd party service providers on scope, price, availability, and technical aspects of project delivery.
- Facilitate and drive the learning and mobilization of colleagues to understand and represent MRI solutions.
- Deliver proof of concept to establish viability, address technical issues, demonstrate alignment with client needs, and advance the sales process.
- Evoke prospect and client confidence while positioning MRI offerings and architecture.
- Present functional capabilities and business value of MRI software applications, demonstrating familiarity with MRI direction, product roadmap, and industry presence.
- Respond effectively to RFPs.
- Contribute directly to attaining or exceeding quarterly and annual objectives.
Requirements
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate MRI solutions in their best light to clients and prospects.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Working proficiency of German is a bonus.
- Ability to “think on your feet” responding to client/prospect requests and questions during demonstrations.
- Clear and articulate presentation of value proposition and benefits of the solution to the client/prospect at multiple levels within the organization.
- Assist with multiple opportunities at any given time and demonstrate flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate MRI solutions in line with client/prospect business processes.
- A degree or comparable professional experience in Property Management, Leasing, or Accounting is preferable.
- 3+ years’ experience in software (AI or PropTech preferred).
- Ability to travel as required, up to 60%, with some travel potentially being international and occasionally on short notice.
