About the Role
This role seeks a highly organized, strategic, and communicative individual to drive business success through compelling narratives, operational excellence, and impactful program management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative writing, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership skills to support executive leadership, orchestrate business rhythms, and develop scalable programs that align with company mission and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate business rhythm by partnering with Business Leads, Admins, Internal and External Communications, and Sales Operations to manage the company calendar.
- Work across teams to prepare briefings and coordinate research for meetings with partners and key leaders.
- Leverage cross-functional relationships to drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including internal communications.
- Manage preparation timelines for global travel commitments and coordinate all aspects of leadership engagement with internal and external partners.
- Proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into executive operations, content development, and cross-functional coordination.
- Develop and own the strategic planning cadence — translating VP-level priorities into actionable quarterly roadmaps, OKRs, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Drive business rhythm planning across the region — including QBRs, planning offsites, and leadership forums — ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Synthesize complex, ambiguous business problems into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Craft internal and external narratives for executive leadership that align with company mission and organizational vision.
- Develop and manage content development and storylines that inspire and excite both internal and external audiences.
- Create and edit messaging and materials on various topics, including strategy, priorities, announcements, events, and external leadership engagement.
- Build partnerships with key internal communications stakeholders, including Global Business Marketing, Public Relations, and Internal Communications.
- Manage and direct external agency partners to build and maintain a compelling executive social media presence across LinkedIn and Instagram.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or analytical field.
- 6+ years of experience in a combination of: management consulting, strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or program management — ideally in a high-growth technology or media environment.
- 3+ years of experience in executive communications, speechwriting, or narrative development for senior business leaders.
- Proven track record of structuring ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — ability to distill complex business narratives for C-suite and VP audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple geographies and time zones with competing priorities.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating autonomously in senior forums.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, presentation tools, data analysis platforms).
- Track record of independently identifying opportunities, taking initiative to drive projects forward, and delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
- AI-native mindset with a track record of leveraging emerging technology to increase speed, quality, and scalability of work output.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
- Familiarity with digital advertising, sales and monetization ecosystems, or media/tech industry dynamics.
- Experience with executive social media strategy and thought leadership programs.
- MBA, or advanced degree in strategy, communications, or related field.
- Multilingual capabilities or deep cross-cultural experience within EMEA markets, as the role supports cross-regional stakeholder engagement across EMEA.
