About the Role

Join our Financial Operations practice to optimize finance functions and improve business contribution. We help clients transform their finance operations by streamlining processes, optimizing technology use, and ensuring efficient resource allocation for high-quality, cost-effective services.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness in client finance processes
• Analyze intricate financial challenges and propose solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills
• Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients
• Navigate complex scenarios to achieve remarkable results
• Enhance understanding of business context and industry trends
• Leverage advanced AI technologies for digital finance transformation
• Contribute to the overall growth of the Financial Operations team
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in finance operations

Skills

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles
• Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations
• Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions
• Experience in managerial cost accounting and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based solutions
