About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, employees, and suppliers, you will serve as the face of our law firm, ensuring a smooth external presence.
Responsibilities
- Greeting, welcoming, and serving national and international clients and guests.
- Managing the telephone switchboard in German and English.
- Coordinating, preparing, and following up on conference rooms.
- Providing technical support and booking video conferences.
- Assisting with events and functions.
- Processing outgoing mail and courier shipments.
- Handling hotel and travel bookings.
- Reviewing invoices.
- Supporting the office management team.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in upscale hospitality or equivalent professional experience and expertise.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Technically proficient.
- Strong service orientation, team spirit, and a well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated commitment and initiative.
- Friendly, confident, and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage hectic situations with confidence.
