About the Role

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Staff LPN for their Opioid Treatment Program. The LPN will administer medication and take-home medication to patients in an OTP setting under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and take-home medication to patients in an OTP setting under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator.
• Update and maintain necessary clinic records.
• Document the narcotic count daily.

Requirements

• Graduate from accredited LPN School
• NYS LPN License
• BLS
