About the Role
Join the TxB Product Governance team as a Product Governance Analyst, playing a key role in the oversight and governance of the TxB product landscape. Support the full product lifecycle, from strategic development and product change initiatives to ongoing product maintenance and review. Coordinate product governance processes, assess product risks, maintain product collateral, and ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain oversight of the TxB product landscape.
- Provide end-to-end product lifecycle support, covering product launches, strategic growth initiatives, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate product change and approval processes.
- Support a broad range of governance activities, including regulatory-related changes, issue remediation, and documentation management.
- Partner with first and second line stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Prepare communications and reporting for management.
- Develop and implement product governance frameworks and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in product management or the financial services sector.
- Proactive problem solver with adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to understand complex topics.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of cash management and payment services is a plus.
