About the Role
Manage complex housing management casework, investigate and resolve tenancy and estate issues, work closely with internal and external partners, and ensure residents receive a high-quality service. This is a dynamic role requiring sound judgement, excellent communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for residents and communities.

Requirements
- Ability to manage complex casework
- Ability to make balanced decisions
- Ability to work confidently with residents and partner agencies
- Successful candidates will be asked to apply for a Basic Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
