About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Business Analyst (FDBA), you will be embedded with client teams to own business outcomes, leveraging data, analytics, and AI to deliver meaningful transformation across financial services organizations. You will act as a strategic advisor, AI operator, and execution partner, using AI to eliminate administrative work and focus on enhanced decision making, problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, operational efficiency, and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Apply AI-enabled, no-code, low-code, automation, and analytics platforms to accelerate consulting delivery.
- Define agent responsibilities, decision boundaries, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI operation.
- Work directly with client teams to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
- Assess current-state processes and systems to identify root causes and define strategic initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Support solution design, system implementation, and workflow optimization.
- Own assigned tasks and deliverables, managing timelines and tracking risks.
- Prepare client-ready materials, including presentations and status reports.
- Support proposals and business development initiatives, contributing perspectives on digital, data, and AI trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, AI Engineering & Computing, Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of work experience within financial services demonstrating problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, or deliverable development.
- Foundational ability to leverage AI/GenAI tools and prompt engineering.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, and other related tools.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, teamwork, and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
- Foundational understanding of, or demonstrated interest in, the financial services industry.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
