About the Role
The Test Centre Administrator ensures candidates can write exams in a quiet, clean, and orderly environment, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers to create a positive first impression.
Responsibilities
- Greet individuals upon arrival and answer phone calls.
- Ensure candidates store personal belongings in lockers and understand testing room regulations.
- Prepare the testing environment daily by running exams, turning on monitors, and printing schedules.
- Complete Candidate Testing Regulation Forms with appropriate information.
- Enforce testing client rules and regulations within the centre.
- Proctor exams by monitoring candidates and ensuring adherence to rules.
- Sign in and direct students to workstations, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned in the best interest of the College.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, including accurate documentation, record keeping, and file management.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work varying shifts as required.
- A criminal background check will be required for the selected candidate.
