About the Role

The DevOps and DevEx CoE Infra and Platform Support Team is responsible for providing shared capabilities to teams across the client Organization. This role is crucial for enabling higher-quality software services through DevOps tooling and ensuring secure, stable, and efficient infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, install, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure and applications.
• Deploy code and secure environments for infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in Kanban and/or Scrum meetings to plan, prioritize, and estimate work.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to work off-hours and weekends.
• Work with Developers, Testers, and Team members to troubleshoot specific infrastructure issues.
• Enable higher-quality software services through DevOps tooling.
• Monitor and enhance current Infrastructure and Applications for Stability, performance, and Efficiency.
• Ensure designs and implementation are done in a secure manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• PMP or equivalent experience.
• Design and Analysis experience.
• Supporting and managing Linux operating system plus system administration and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance tuning, security hardening and high availability.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK, Splunk, Zabbix and Prometheus.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
• GIT experience or similar source control tools.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes.
• Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Able to work in a SAFe manner.
• Able to prioritize and self-manage workload.
• Able to assist and train team members.
• Leadership skills.
• Documentation skills.
• Scripting knowledge (bash, PowerShell, PHP, etc).
