About the Role
As an AI & Automation Werkstudent, you will automate processes, intelligently link data, and elevate internal workflows. You will be part of a 3-person data team, focusing on automating repetitive tasks, optimizing existing workflows, and implementing new AI-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Connect tools and systems such as Airtable, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and APIs.
- Test and implement AI-powered solutions for content creation, data analysis, or process optimization.
- Transform, clean, and structure data for operational teams.
- Research, test, and document new AI and automation tools.
- Clearly document processes and automations for transparency and scalability.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with an Analytics focus, or a comparable field.
- Completed personal projects (freelancing, side projects, or university projects with practical relevance).
- 1-2 relevant internships, ideally in a startup, scaleup, or VC environment.
- Experience with data preparation and transformation using tools like Excel, Python, SQL, or Google Sheets.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Airtable Automations.
- Experience with database tools like Airtable or similar.
- High motivation and willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new systems.
