About the Role

As an Impression Maker, you will go beyond traditional housekeeping duties to create a positive impact on residents' lives through compassionate interaction and a fun, fulfilling work environment. Your role is vital in maintaining a safe and quality living space while fostering meaningful connections within the community.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean each resident apartment weekly according to schedule, company policy, and supervisor instructions, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean other community areas on a routine or as-needed basis as instructed by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must interact with and demonstrate compassion and caring toward seniors.
• Must demonstrate exemplary work ethics.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds.
• Must be able to move about the facility quickly and physically assist residents and/or staff in emergencies.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety and communication purposes.
• Must have the ability to work rotating shifts and adjust work times, days, or positions as needed.
