About the Role

Spring Touch Lawn & Pest Control is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. This role is crucial for our continued growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, aeration, and seeding to client properties.
• Perform other lawn care treatments as needed.
• Work independently in outdoor environments.
• Ensure exceptional job performance.

Requirements

• Develop knowledge and skills for timely and safe application of treatments.
• Provide a high level of service by completing all assigned services.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Obtain all required licenses from the Department of Agriculture.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
