About the Role
The BizOps team is focused on solving some of Plaid's most pressing business issues. This role partners directly with leaders across Product and GTM on a mix of strategic and operational work with a direct, quantifiable impact on our customers, partners, and P&L. You will work on problems that directly shape how Plaid operates across its largest revenue lines and most critical partnerships - owning analysis, operating cadences, and cross-functional projects that span Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships. BizOps is a launchpad for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic and operational backbone for a Product or GTM organization, identifying high-leverage opportunities and driving them to completion.
- Lead product strategy and cross-functional initiatives, such as new product launches, go-to-market improvements, or revenue acceleration.
- Own and evolve foundational operating rhythms, including monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures to provide leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions.
- Utilize AI tools and agents as a standard practice to accelerate workflows.
Requirements
- 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance).
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills; comfort translating ambiguity into frameworks, plans, and decisions.
- High agency, sense of ownership, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional teams to action.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred.
