About the Role

Provide local and remote support to company employees in Berlin, Poland, and remotely. Follow and implement new processes, ensuring infrastructure availability, security, and compliance. Offer support via ticketing system, remote connections, or in-person visits, handling levels 1 to 3. Process software and hardware on/offboardings.

• Follow and implement new processes, ensuring infrastructure availability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems.
• Provide support via ticketing system, remote connections, or in-person visits, handling levels 1 to 3.
• Process software and hardware on/offboardings.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as System Admin or similar role.
• Good knowledge of macOS, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and password management.
• Customer oriented with ITIL-like methodology and great communication skills.
• Ensure users respect policies and are in compliance, or act to correct issues.
• Solution-oriented thinking with a technical hands-on mentality and team player attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• German skills are a plus.
