About the Role

Join a team that ranks among the top global real estate investors, managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of real estate fund commitments and co-investments globally. Gain broad exposure across fund investments and co-investments, with significant responsibilities in investment underwriting, selection, and relationship management with leading real estate managers.

Responsibilities

• Work as a key member of small deal teams to diligence, assess, and execute real estate fund investments and co-investments.
• Take on primary role in fund-level and asset-level financial modeling.
• Present investment proposals to investment committee.
• Review fund documentation alongside external counsel.
• Monitor and manage existing fund investments and co-investments.
• Help build and maintain relationships with existing and new fund managers.
• Represent GIC at investee funds’ annual investor meetings and LP advisory committee meetings.
• Work on special projects as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years investment banking or real estate experience.
• Strong modeling, research, writing and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter, able to work independently and develop a point of view.
• Must have excellent analytical skills and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
