About the Role

The Associate Director, Global Inclusion and Community supports the Office of Global Citizenship in operationalizing the firm’s global inclusion strategy, focusing on shaping and advancing cultural and inclusion programming in APAC and EMEA. This role requires a collaborative approach, working across teams to deliver inclusive programming and translate enterprise goals into regionally responsive initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global priorities into locally relevant programs, initiatives, and communications that reflect regional cultural norms, employee needs, and business context.
  • Develop and deliver inclusion programming and learning opportunities that promote cultural awareness, belonging, and cross-regional understanding.
  • Take the lead on cultural awareness training and related learning initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement efforts by creating opportunities for participation in volunteerism and global citizenship initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and collaborate on initiatives with the Associate Director of Community and Sustainability and the Director of Insights and Operations.
  • Support the development and execution of communications that raise awareness of Office of Global Citizenship initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support coordinated execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute regional insight and perspective to inform firmwide strategy, program design, and continuous improvement.
  • Help assess the effectiveness of initiatives through feedback, participation data, and other relevant measures.
  • Support the effective planning and execution of projects, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Relevant professional experience in inclusion, employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, community impact, human capital, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into effective execution and manage multiple priorities successfully.
  • Experience facilitating learning sessions, workshops, or discussions with credibility and effectiveness.
  • Strong cross-cultural competence and the ability to work effectively across regional, cultural, and organizational differences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive progress in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing thoughtful communications and presentations for varied audiences.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and maturity in handling sensitive, complex, and often ambiguous matters with professionalism and care.
