About the Role

As the Nursery Housekeeper, you will be an ambassador for Kido's values and a gatekeeper for its vibrant culture. You will ensure children are provided with wholesome food throughout the day and act as an advocate for nutritious meals, communicating curated menus to children and parents. This role offers the chance to build a remarkable career in a fast-growing international company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the nursery is always presenting itself in the best way, looking welcoming and inviting.
  • Maintain a clean, fresh, and tidy environment, ensuring everything is in its place.
  • Perform cleaning duties, empty bins, and manage deliveries.
  • Understand and comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act.
  • Take ownership for making the nursery beautiful and inspection-ready.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment.
  • Tidy away clutter and keep floors clear.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Promote excellent hygiene practices and maintain outstanding cleanliness.
  • Comply with EHO and COSHH regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and protection for all children.
  • Assist the team with other duties as needed.
  • Work within Kïdo Schools Safeguarding policy and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure all stock is ordered and organised.
