About the Role
This entry-level Product Management Associate role is designed to prepare high-potential individuals for promotion to Product Manager within approximately two years. The position provides broad exposure to product management, fragrance development, innovation, and business operations, building the skills required for a long-term career in product management.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the Little Trees business, products, consumers, and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor consumer, customer, competitive, and market trends to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze sales data to uncover insights and support business decisions.
- Lead and support product management projects, including development of new air freshener fragrances, design and packaging updates, and product improvements.
- Draft product briefs, fragrance briefs, and creative briefs to guide internal and external partners.
- Participate in product development projects from concept through launch.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to solve business challenges and execute key initiatives.
- Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures and other business documentation.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
