About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own global recruitment activities, focusing on direct sourcing, developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role supports teams in hiring top talent efficiently and cost-effectively while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer management.
- Handle multiple permanent hiring projects simultaneously.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, expectations, and market conditions.
- Provide recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
- Manage the advertising process with an inclusive and diverse approach.
- Post vacancies on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience through timely feedback and updates.
- Monitor and track vacant roles to produce recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and recommend new sourcing and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience recruiting for roles in events, data, and/or consultancy.
- Experience recruiting for roles in the US.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- A proactive and delivery-focused approach with the ability to work at pace.
- Immediate or short notice availability.
- Experience with UK recruitment legal compliance and ideally with Australia, Singapore, and US compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience with Team Tailor is desirable but not essential.
- Approachable and friendly disposition.
- Self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision.
- Keen to learn and make improvements.
