About the Role

The Estate Planning team is part of our Wealth Solutions group, dedicated to providing and implementing planning strategies for high-net-worth clients. Join us and help families amplify and simplify their financial lives with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with wealth advisors, financial planners, other wealth management professionals, and members of the Wealth Solutions group to review, fund, and maintain estate plans.
  • Learn advanced planning strategies.
  • Build a book of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Review and summarize existing estate planning documents, making recommendations for changes based on law and family circumstances.
  • Answer general estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams.
  • Serve as an in-house resource in estate planning for wealth management teams nationwide.
  • Stay current with estate, trust, and tax legislation nationwide.
  • Support business development through presentations, thought leadership publications, and prospective client meetings.
  • Mentor and coach Estate Planning Strategists.
  • Manage a service specialist, overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state
  • Ability to interpret and convey complex estate planning topics to Wealth Management teams and clients
  • 4-8 years of legal experience in estate planning preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary/Compensations

  • $130,000—$150,000 USD
  • Eligible to earn incentive compensation
