About the Role

The SVP, Media is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering client leadership and shaping future business wins for Inizio Evoke. This role involves building trusted client relationships, inspiring teams, and developing innovative media strategies, while also contributing to the agency's new business methodology and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic lead for a flagship client relationship.
• Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and commercial leaders.
• Lead integrated media strategy across HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.
• Guide annual planning, investment strategy, measurement, and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through strategic thinking and delivery.
• Mentor diverse teams and enhance strategic thinking across accounts.
• Partner with integrated services including Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy, Medical, Analytics, and Engagement Planning.
• Build and evolve Inizio Evoke's media pitch product and go-to-market story.
• Lead media strategy for competitive reviews, RFPs, and credentials presentations.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, planning tools, and pitch assets to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coach media leaders and SMEs participating in pitches.
• Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and shape winning strategies.
• Translate industry trends, AI, data, and measurement progress into compelling client solutions.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• 12+ years leading media strategy within an agency environment.
• Deep healthcare and pharmaceutical media expertise.
• Experience leading complex client relationships.
• Proven ability as a storyteller and presenter with significant pitch experience.
• Experience winning new business and building agency capabilities.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel media, analytics, and new technology.
