About the Role
AHRC New York City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Staten Island Preparatory to supervise the development and implementation of ABA services, ensuring quality and consistency. This role involves establishing data collection systems, participating in key meetings, and providing expert supervision to staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise development and implementation of ABA services in agency's programs to ensure overall quality and consistency in service provision.
- Establish consistent data collection systems to measure, analyze, and create reports on academic, social, and behavioral performance.
- Participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning, and parent clinics.
- Provide expert supervision to staff on an individual or group level, based on current knowledge of theory, research, and best practices in developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
- Willing to travel to school site on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Masters in Special Education, Social Work, or related Human Services field.
- BCBA Certification required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing and/or supervising ABA service programs and staff.
