About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our team at New London Dental Care in New London, CT. This is a part-time opportunity working two days per week in our New London office. We are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate dental care to children in a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's individual needs
  • Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient office operations
  • Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate best practices into patient care

Requirements

  • Valid malpractice liability insurance
  • Current license to practice dentistry
  • Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome!

Skills

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Valid Connecticut dental license
  • Pediatric dentistry certification or specialization preferred
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team
