About the Role
Drive the transformation of international Collections Operations by managing strategic initiatives and leading complex, cross-functional projects focused on measurable operational improvements and sustainable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an international portfolio of strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives within the Collections environment.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement automation, AI, and process optimization measures across Collections and Customer Service processes to sustainably improve operational KPIs and business results.
- Establish and manage effective governance structures, including priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across various countries and functions.
- Analyze relevant KPIs, derive data-based recommendations, and create management reports and decision proposals.
- Independently lead strategic, cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with international stakeholders for successful transformation agenda implementation.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in independently leading complex, cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, preferably in an international Operations or Customer Service environment.
- Proven experience in successfully implementing efficiency, automation, digitalization, or AI initiatives, with a strong understanding of KPI-based management.
- Confident demeanor and strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex topics appropriately to the audience, facilitate decisions, and align diverse interests in international matrix organizations.
- Experience in the Collections environment and a solid understanding of operational Customer Service processes, ideally including front and back office processes, automation, and digital customer interactions.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
