About the Role

As a temporary Christmas helper in the LEGO Store Berlin, you will support the team during the busy Christmas season, ensuring guests have a memorable shopping experience. Your role involves greeting customers, assisting with purchases at the checkout, restocking shelves, and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily store operations during the Christmas business.
  • Greet guests warmly and help them find the right LEGO gift.
  • Assist at the checkout and ensure a smooth process.
  • Restock merchandise and present products attractively.
  • Help maintain a tidy, inviting, and festive store appearance.
  • Contribute to creating an atmosphere that reflects the magic of the Christmas season.

Requirements

  • Friendly, communicative, and open to interacting with people.
  • Enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
  • Flexibility, especially in the pre-Christmas period.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • English language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work 15, 20, or 25 hours per week during the Christmas season.
