About the Role
Join our Bright Flex / Bank team as a flexible working practitioner at our Kenton Day Nursery. This role offers the convenience of bank/agency work with the security and benefits of employment, allowing you to work when you want while having fun, being creative, and helping to develop young minds.
Responsibilities
- Support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
- Encourage children's development towards key milestones.
- Work as part of a team to ensure essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
