Help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities by implementing and effectively using Oracle offerings to modernize HR business processes. Drive continuous innovation including efforts to introduce automation, new solutions, and industry-specific model systems and solutions.
Responsibilities

- Participate in the improvement of business processes, including Oracle application-packaged modules Fusion, EBS, PeopleSoft, CC&B, Siebel and Hyperion.
- Design, build, test, and deploy the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development or Oracle Applications DBA.
- Identify and address client needs by building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement.
- Communicate value propositions.
- Manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Prepare and/or coordinate complex written and verbal materials.
- Communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
- Deliver clear requests for information.
- Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
- Communicate potential conflicts to a supervisor.
- Supervise teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
- Answer questions and provide direction to less-experienced staff.
- Coach staff, including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback.
