About the Role
We are seeking an HVAC Engineer (m/w/d) for Technical Building Equipment (HVAC in TGA). This role involves supporting project planning and taking the lead on specific project tasks, with direct exchange with the project manager and other planning team members. You will also support your supervisor in establishing foundations and structures for future work.
Responsibilities

- Expected project planning and construction supervision for new construction and renovation projects.
- Expected project planning and construction supervision for national and international projects.
- Expected project planning and construction supervision involving nationwide business travel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Germany or the DACH region.
- Experience in planning building services in the construction industry in at least one of the following areas: data centers, pharmaceutical industry, office buildings, life sciences, thermal infrastructure, residential construction, healthcare.
- Experience in at least one of the following cost groups: 410, 420, 430, or 470.
- Knowledge of HOAI phases and experience with the requirements in the individual phases.
- Good understanding of DIN/VDI standards and best practices.
- Good German language skills (minimum B2.2).
- Good English language skills (minimum B2).
Skills
- Specialization in fire protection, sanitary facilities, or district heating networks is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
- Experience with industry-standard software such as Linear, Solarcomputer, MAgiCAD.
