About the Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences while helping people choose the right insurance for their needs. You’ll complete a 12-week full-time, in-office training program before transitioning to hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a structured inbound contact centre environment
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions with appropriate cover and protection
- Clearly explain policy options, benefits, and pricing to support confident decision-making
- Maintain and update customer policies and information accurately while efficiently resolving enquiries and handling objections with professionalism
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience (e.g., sales, hospitality, retail, or call centre) is highly valued.
- Strong customer focus with a high level of empathy and ability to build rapport quickly
- Confident using multiple systems with solid IT literacy and attention to detail
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with a commitment to continuous learning and feedback
- Ability to work to KPIs while maintaining high-quality customer outcomes
