About the Role

As an Indigenous - Customer Service Representative at NRMA Insurance, you'll be part of the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities

  • Deliver positive, inclusive customer experiences in a structured inbound contact centre environment
  • Understand each customer’s needs and recommend tailored insurance options that provide the right level of cover and protection
  • Clearly explain policy options, benefits, and pricing to help customers feel confident in their decisions
  • Accurately update customer information and policies while resolving enquiries and navigating conversations with care and professionalism

Requirements

  • Previous customer-facing experience (e.g. sales, hospitality, retail, or contact centre) is highly valued
  • A strong customer focus, with empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence using multiple systems, with solid digital skills and attention to detail
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with an openness to learning and feedback
  • The ability to work towards KPIs while maintaining high-quality customer outcomes
  • You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • This role is a designated role and only available to a person that identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
